Regular season
August 6th - March 31st

State waters Bag Limit
Six per person per day or 24 per boat, whichever is greater

Boundaries (state)
All water out 3 miles on the ocean side, and 9 miles on the Gulf Side

Legal size
Lobster carapace must be greater than three inches

Other regulations
All divers and snokelers are required to post a divers down flag in State and Federal waters
Coral is protected from damage and taking in state and Federal waters

Lobstering is prohibited in the following areas:
    Biscayne Bay/Card Sound (no spiny lobster harvest)
    Everglades National Park
    Dry Tortugas National Park
    Florida Keys national Marine Sanctuary
